Anne of Green Gables

By far, when Anne fell through the roof of the shed. Or chasing the cow through Mrs Lynde’s field. Or dying her hair green.

Sorry guys, I can’t pick just one. :)

In the book, my favorite moment is when he proposes for the first time while Anne is home alone reading. The whole chapter broke my heart but I kept reading it over and over again because it was so beautiful. 

In the movie, I love the end of the first movie, when Gil gives Anne the school, touches her face and walks her home. Wayy too cute.

Hands down, probably Windy Poplars. I was super jonesing for some Anne/Gilbert action and this book totally got in the way for me. The whole Pringle family was so irritating and I wanted to punch them all at least once. I did like the story line with Elizabeth though. This was a good book, but it kind of took the plot in a different direction than what I wanted. 

Whoops. I’m sorry that I haven’t updated in such a long time. I’ve been super busy with work that this slipped to the back of my mind for a while. But no need to worry. My resolution is to be more consistent with this blog. Thank you for being so incredibly patient! :)
